Tech’UP - Shaping the future

Tech’UP is the DESCOURS & CABAUD Group's training center.


Our employees have the opportunity to be coached by our team of

trainers as soon as they arrive and throughout their career, through

two complementary programs:

CAMPUS

On taking up the job, with the Campus: a fast-track and exclusive program to train as a Sales Advisor thanks to a

7 to 9-month curriculum, split up into technical training

and practical experience in our stores.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Throughout their career, with continuing education: training developed for our business lines, in various formats - face-to-face, virtual classes and e-learning. With a catalog of more than 170 training courses, Tech'UP supports the upskilling of our catalog in line with their changing aspirations.
